Make the most of your upcoming weekend, and plan for upcoming holidays with these fun family activities!
One thing that can pull any family together is having a regular family fun night almost every week. To be upfront with our readers, it may not be a regulary plannned activity every week but having the intention of dedicating one night a week to a family fun night, means it happens more often than it would otherwise. A family fun night does not have to be complicated or expensive. Spending time together can be easy and frugal. Below are some reasing as to why you must take that extra effort in planning fun day. It's regular for us to go out to a resturant and meet friends but sometimes your family too deserves to have a fun time together! So this weekend go for one instead!

- Weekend fun activitie/recreation are especially important as they help in promoting inclusion and quality of life.
- Increases self-esteem and confidence.
- Gives people the opportunity to make their own choices.
- Provides satisfaction, enjoyment and pleasure.
- Enables individuals with autism to become involved and feel like a part of their community.
- Provides the opportunity to gain and develop new contacts and friends.
- Sports and exercise programs can improve physical and mental health.
- Reduces reliance on parents and other adults.
- Increases independence which leads to increased opportunities.
At Ysells, I'd simply put down few pointers for you below. Not every one of these things might sound like fun to you. Again, we’re all different. I happen to have an odd sense of fun at times, but a lot of folks do. So I thought I’d share.
- Walk your pet/cat, dog. Borrow someone else’s if you don’t have one.
- Do some yoga. Might simply youtube some guided yoga pose that might suit you best! You won’t regret it.
- Read a book. And dont forget to write a short para on it.
- Help your mom with some cooking, trust me its so much fun!
- Write an email to a blogger you like. I got a few this week. They’ll appreciate it. Trust me.
- Do a photoshoot.
- Learn a new language. Maybe a language of your neighbouring state.
- Go to bed early and wake up early.
- Wake up and watch the sunrise.
- Try a new recipe.
- Check out a museum or a historic place. India is land of historic places and events in the past.
- Take a bath with candles and chill out music, the Dude style.
- Play a pick up game. (Cricket, badminton, Football, basketball, volleyball, Tennis, baseball, etc.)
- Water fight. With winter at its peak, i am not sure if you'd think of me as a normal person but yeah give it a try. I am all set to going to do it and take a warm sun bath. :D
- Clean your room/Home and discard old unwanted stuff. Yay! Sell them at Ysells- Earn money! Use that money to start a new hobby. :)
- Make epic breakfast.
- Write a letter to your grandma/to the oldest member of your family. Or anyone. Snail mail it.
- Checkout the sunrise early in the morning.
- Spend some time in solitutude or with nature.
- Become a part of a local community helping group.
